Can you handle both indoor and outdoor events?Yes. If weather rated equipment/protection from elements is required there may be an additional fee.

What types of Audio Visual services do you provide?You can find details on all services on our Services tab.

What kinds of events do you typically support?We can cater and provide a tailored experience towards a wide variety of event types. (e.g., corporate events, weddings, concerts, conferences, etc.)

What is the difference between virtual and hybrid events?Virtual events take place online using a virtual platform. Hybrid events combine elements of both face-to-face and virtual experiences.

Can you offer live streaming and recording services?Yes.

Do you provide backup equipment in case of a technical issues?In most cases, We plan for a technical issue with redundancies in place. In very few cases, If additional replacements are needed on hand, an additional fee may apply.

Can you provide staging, lighting, and special effects for our event?Depending on what equipment is requested/required, Yes. Additional equipment can be rented through one of our suppliers.

Can you provide assistance with content creation, such as slide design or video editing?Yes we can create slideshows for events as well as offer basic video editing for media required for an event.

Can you help with the layout and design of the event space?Yes. Often times there will need to be additonal space for equipment. (e.g. PA systems, lighting trusses or stands, etc.)

How much time do you need for setup and takedown?This greatly depends on the event type and requested services. Often times full setup can be done within a day for most event types and venues. For large venues/events setup may be up to 2-3 days.

Will there be a dedicated technician on-site during the event?Yes, this is included in all of our services at no additional fee.

How quickly can you respond to a technical issue during an event?In most of our setups we plan for a technical failure even if there is little to no chance for error. In the event of a technical issue we would fall back on a backup system for a near seamless transition.

Do you provide training or instructions for clients using equipment?Depending on the equipment, yes we can provide training and instructions for your equipment.

Will there be someone on-site to handle any technical issues that arise?Yes, this is included in all of our services at no additional fee.

Can you incorporate interactive elements, like audience polling or Q&A?Yes.

Can you customize your services to fit the theme or brand of the event?Absolutely! All of our layout planning is tailored to each clients desire to the best of our ability.

Are you able to work with content or equipment provided by a third party?If it is pre rented equipment by a third party company, no. If rented equipment is required, we will make reccomendations based on equipment our team is familiar with.
